Our golden lager has a full-body, a malty-sweetness, and finishes like fresh bread. Named after the Greater Dallas area — now the 4th largest metroplex in the nation.

Beaming Blonde
BELGIAN-STYLE BLONDE ALE | 6.4% ABV
Our Belgian blonde is a great way to start your drinking session. Bright, medium malt body, and a touch of hop bitterness on the backend. Delicious! Named after Dallas’ Republic Tower, whose spire used to illuminate the city below with beams of light.
Pairs well with horseshoes, Tripping Daisy, and hayrides.

Nine Volt
BELGIAN TRIPEL | 9% ABV
This Belgian tripel is so smooth with its clean citrus and malty body, you won’t even notice the 9%. Named after the company’s headquarters, the Dallas Power & Light (DP&L) building is home to our brewery and taproom in the heart of Downtown Dallas.
Pairs well with pasta, swing dancing, and Sam Lao.

Cannoneer
BOLD AMBER | 7.4% ABV
A beautiful amber with a delicious caramel aroma. Our high crystal malt mash bill gives this beer deep layers of sweet malty goodness. Named after Angelina Eberly, our Cannoneer honors the hero of the Texas Archive War. With one shot of a six-pound cannon, the innkeeper secured Austin as our capital.
Pairs well with Texas BBQ, golden retrievers, and the American Dream.

Great Hall Hefe
HEFEWEIZEN | 5.4% ABV
Bananas and a little spice make our golden wheat Hefeweizen a joy to waft and imbibe. Named after the iconic Hall of State in Dallas’ Fair Park. Built for the Texas Centennial Expo, it remains a shining example of Art Deco architecture.
Pairs well with smoked salmon, Brave Combo, and Ferris wheels.

Highpoint
ENGLISH PUB ALE | 5.4% ABV
Porch ale, English mild, whatever you call it, it’s a delicious session beer. Our deep gold flagship brew is caramely, malty, and biscuity. ‘Nuff said. Named after the iconic Mercantile Building in Downtown Dallas — the highest point in the city until 1954.
Pairs well with your favorite meal, the Old 97’s, and sunsets.

Flying Red IPA
INDIA PALE ALE | 7.8% ABV
Our hazy red is a coast-to-coast well-rounded IPA. The full-body juiciness from the East and the strong hop bitters from the West meet right here in Texas.
Pairs well with chips & salsa, the Black Pumas, and throwing down in the kitchen.

Dallas Double Dry
CIDER | 7.5% ABV
A traditional apple cider that is super dry, slightly tart, and full boogie at 7.5%. If you prefer cider on the sweeter side, choose from a variety of purees and fruit flavors to dress it up. Grab a flight and try them all!

Ambassador
IMPERIAL PILSNER | 9.2% ABV
This imperial pilsner is remarkably balanced for touting such a high ABV. Clean and crisp with a wonderful Czech hop finish. Named in honor of the iconic Ambassador Hotel that was lost to a massive fire in 2019.
Pairs well with holiday frivolity, speakeasies, and room service.

Sixth Floor
EASY PORTER | 5.4% ABV
An “easy” porter because you can enjoy more than one! A coffee and dark chocolate body finishing with a toasty bitterness from our roasted barley. Named after one of Dallas’ darkest moments in history, an event felt throughout our city, state, nation, and beyond.
Pairs well with steak, smooth jazz, and conspiracy theories.

Vick's View
GOSE | 5% ABV
Tart and salty with hints of coriander and tropical fruit. Named after Vick’s Steakhouse which once operated in the same Downtown Dallas space that our patio resides.
FUN FACT: Mix with our Ginger Lemon Fizz for a magical drink we call the Ginger Bullshit!

Century Gold
SPARKLING BARLEYWINE | 12.5% ABV
Champagne-inspired barleywine kinda sounds like it tastes. Fruity, sparkling wine notes hit the nose with a full body of grape, pear, and apple. Named after the golden Spirit of Communication statue, known informally as the Golden Boy statue, the symbol of AT&T since 1916.
Pairs well with OJ, lite bites, and brass bands.

Ol' Rip Rye
RYE ALE | 9% ABV
Full, but not overpowering, rye flavor in a surprisingly drinkable 9% brunette ale makes this a rye done right. Ol’ Rip is named after the famous Eastland, TX horned toad who in 1931, legend has it, was found alive after surviving 31 years entombed in a cornerstone of the town courthouse.
Pairs well with tall tales, cured meats, and The Toadies.

IMPERIAL PORTER | 11.5% ABV
We took our beloved Sixth Floor Easy Porter and gave it MORE. More body, more flavor, more depth, and - as it so happens - more ABV. Its smooth mouthfeel and balanced finish keep this rich, chocolatey Imperial an easy drinking, 11.5% delight.
Pairs well with porterhouse steak, Lightnin’ Hopkins, and redacted FBI files.

Reddy Peggy is our crushable Irish-style Red Ale. Made with imported grains for an authentic malt profile and a touch of roasted barley for that classic, Irish Red snap.

Flanders Brown
OUD BRUIN | 5.5% ABV
A tart, crisp, and an incredibly smooth sipper. Dark n color but an exceptionally light body with delightfully sour stone fruit flavors. Aged for over a year!

TEXAS DUBBEL | 7.5% ABV
Full-bodied with a clean finish, our auburn-colored Texas Dubbel is named in honor of Anton Dutchover, a Belgian with a Texan spirit, whose story is as unique as our great state. Notes of burnt sugar, a hint of stone fruit, and subtle sweetness balance this delicious and approachable Abbey Ale.

100% Malbec
Highly aromatic with red fruit, plum and blackberry, and black pepper. On the palate it is medium-bodied, with fresh red fruits and a balanced acidity. Then it reveals sucrosity and elegance, with balanced tannins. The French oak increases the complexity with spice, nuttiness and vanilla notes. There is a long and pleasant finish.

Pinot Noir – Routestock

Medium-light color, explosive nose of strawberry, fall leaves, and clove with dynamic flavors of classic Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir including warm red fruit, bay laurel, bright cherries, autumnal foliage, and a kiss of toasty oak. This is an amazing complex pinot with great depth, bright richness, and length.

Cabernet Sauvignon – Daou

The 2020 Daou Cabernet displays a rich and exuberant nose with an abundance of ripe cherry, black plum, and Zante currants, accompanied by undertones of blackberry jam and crushed wet gravel. Highlights of coffee and pencil shavings are rounded our with notes of dried desert sage and baking spices.

Red Blend – Runquist 1448
2020
Rich color that clings to the inside of a wine glass. The hues are youthful with an edge of magenta. The aromas display blue and red fruits, most notably black raspberry and blueberry. The bouquet features hints of vanilla, spice, violets, and lavender. The flavors are succulent and juicy, with plenty of soft ripe fruit framed by a toasted oak creaminess.

Cabernet Sauvignon – Austin Hope
Deep ruby in color, Austin Hope expresses aromas of fresh black currants and cherries accompanied by subtle smoky notes and dried spices. On the palate, this lavish wine is layered with juicy blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla bean, and brown butter. It’s full-bodied and rich, balanced by a touch of bright acidity and firm, polished tanins.

Pinot Grigio – Quadri

Pale straw in color, the wine offers impressive rich, ripe fruit aromas that hint of pear and white flowers. The wine is well balanced with an unusually lively acidity.

Sauvignon Blanc – Domaine Laroche Mas de Chevaliere
2020
Le Chevaliere Sauvignon Blanc is a clear pale straw color. Strong citrusy aromas on the nose, with yellow fruit richness. Bright flavors of ripe fruit; good balance and aromatic finish.

Chardonnay – Kumeu Village
2020
The barrel fermentation process provides some richness but very little oak influence. Combined with the tank fermentation, this allows the vibrant fruit to show through beautifully with lively lime and lemon aromas and a flinty, mineral edginess with hints of fig and white peach.

Cava - Poems
A fresh, lively cava with aromas and flavors of fresh pineapple and creamy minerals. Abundant fizz, which neutralizes the palate for a second or two, before the balanced fruit and minerals return. A slightly saline finish.

Brut – Schramsberg Mirabelle
This flavorful, bright bubbly exhibits the crisp acidity and vibrant apple/citrus fruit that is characteristic of cool-climate Chardonnay. Pinot Noir adds body to the palate and further depth of fruit flavor.
