Never to do anything halfway, Will Cotten decided he was going to start brewing beer. He poured himself into the brewing process, becoming a mad scientist. He started brewing for friends, then events, and then larger events – and that’s when Will’s wife, Adrian, knew they had something special.

We opened our first location, Tiny Tap, in 2017. That became a special place where we created a family of regulars – people met their best friends and partners. We shared major life events and drank delicious beer. We were hooked.

We opened our Downtown Dallas location in 2020 and closed Tiny Tap in 2023. We’ve also stopped distributing our beers – which means this is the only place you can taste Pegasus City beers and creations. We’re focusing our efforts on making this space one where you feel welcome, drink beer, and meet your best friend(s).
